Weight Gain on 1st cycle

I have been training for 8 years
4 day split
weight = 192 ilb
height = 5" 8"
never used before

I plan to use 500mg Testosterone Enanthate and 400 mg deca per week for 10 weeks

What weight gain would I expect to see from this stack, eating healthy and training the same

its all predicated on your diet.. and your bf..

if your aromatize easily then you'll gain alot of water weight..

if you eat correctly and post cycle therapy (pct) correctly your more then liable to hold on to 15lbs of clean gains (again predicated on a few factors)

but without a kick ass diet your wasting your time.. you'll get all happy cuz you'll swell up thanks to the water weight and then give into the "myth" of not being able to hold on to your gains after your cycle because your diet wasn't where it was supposed to be and now the bloat is gone...


have you ever considered getting your diet checked in the diet section?

shit, if you wanna take it further i own a nutritional consultation company..

and your first cycle should be test only...do some search there are million threads about it

deca is a grate addition to your second or third cycle

people on average gain about 20 pounds on their first bulk test cycle...its really up to your diet though...

300 grams protein
3000 calories
low fat and low sugar
Porridge twice a day, Tuna, Chicken almost every day

My weight as stayed steady at 192 ilbs for over 7 years.

I would be happy if I could gain up to 30 ilbs from my 1st course of test and deca

1)already can tell your diet is crap
2)test only for first cycle
3)30 pounds is not a realistic goal especially for a 5'8 guy

Your weight has stayed steady because as you grow your tdee goes up, so 3000 calories may have been enough when you were lighter but now you need more, I stayed at 194 for a long time and couldn't figure out wtf then re calculated all my numbers and realized I was eating at maintenance level as soon as I adjusted that the scale went up..

the bigger the machine = the more fuel it needs . thats why so many people quit growing during a cycle , they dont up the calories as the weight goes up.

all your diet did to you was maintaining your weight...even if you gained 50 pounds on cycle after few months you would en up exactly at the same weight

3j is the nutrition genius here so ill let him take care of your diet :p

depending on your metabolism and diet you can gain about 20 punds.

i would stick with a Test only cycle for your first run. I am in week 11 of my first Test E cycle and have gained a solid 23lbs so far.

Other question after cycle how many weeks to recover before taking another cycle of test
After 1st cycle would it be ok to take clen? and Nova

I was thinking about taking 6 weeks off after 1st cycle and trying clen and Nova

How many weeks to run Nova course?

2nd cycle 2 ml every 5 days would this be ok? and is it ok for 12 weeks?
