weight gainer at night?

should i take my 1000 calorie weight gainer before bed? i am currently taking it in the morning, trying to get at least 4000cal/day.
im currently on Sustanon (sust), 500 wk x 8 wks. training pretty hard.
if not, what should take/drink/eat before bed. im pretty experienced with a natural weightlifting diet, but new to the steroid diet.
any suggestions?

I am bulking and I do not eat anything after 8pm in the evening I drink iced tea-that's it. I am not a big fan of most weight gainers because of the sugar content. I consume whole milk throughout the day--a gallon a day when bulking and I eliminate it completely when cutting.

ok thanks, so the gainer would probably just make me fat at night.
a protein shake should be ok though right? i mean u gotta have something in u while u sleep. i usually stay up until 11 o clock anyway.

I go by the rule eat for what you are going to do not what you did, however if you are really a hard gainer a protein shake at night may be what you need. I prefer to be an eating machine all day and to give my digestive system a break while I am sleeping.

I take a weight gained when I sleep, then i wake up half way through my sleep and take another shot of it.

Your body is in a super-absorb-nutrients state whiile your asleep, much moreso than when your awake so it pays to take a good amount of protein at night and the carbs at night issue isnt as big as most people make it out to be either.

When both the metabolism and insulin sensitivity go down as takes places late in the evening and during sleep, fat storage becomes an unavoidable alternative for the body when dealing with large amounts of calories.

Yea ide say that carbs before bed would be a bad idea especially the ones in weight gainers. Unless your a complete hardgainer I would suggest eating a protein and a fat like,(whey/natty PB, chicken/olive oil, eggs whole) any of those.
