Weight gaining advice I was given:

1. Eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches



tell me... how effective is this really. I've eaten 20-30 a week+ 3 regular meals a day for the last 3 weeks. I am not noticing weight gain.


Note: my metabolism is off the charts.

any further advice?

terrible advice--learn about nutrition, eat lots of good wholesome food not sugar, and have a workout routine that matches your goals.
 
i mean if you just wanna gain weight, eat whatever the fuck you want.

if you want to gain muscle, do some reading.
