Does any one know any good weight gaining food.I'm a esomorph and i'm trying to gain a little bit of weight.

if you wanna go more clean I like steak and baked potatoes, if your in the mood to cheat or lazy then cheese burger deluxes are the way to go.

Eat a steak a day....it worked for me. A cheap lean cut is a London Broil or Sirloin.
