Weighted Dips

I fucked up my shoulder in September, I was hiking and fell on my bent arm jamming my shoulder.

Since then everything hurts my shoulder including bench, flies, cable crossovers etc. The only thing that does not hurt my shoulder is dips. And my chest is fucking sore after a good dip workout. I am starting to think strict dips leaning forward are just as good at building chest as any other excercise. There is this guy in my gym with huge pecs and all he ever does is weighted dips for his chest. Just a thought...
 
Weighted dips are my favourite upper body exercise. Make sure you're well warmed up though - I blew a shoulder on my third set at 140lbs and it took a while to recover.
