Learning the Ways
My friend had brought a belt thats for weighted pull ups... i strapped it on and threw a 45 pound plate on there and went for it... it was hard to get a hold of at first cuzz its a new feeling but i totally feel it today...i loved it....

Does anyone train with this also and if so what kind of sets and reps should i do and can you fill me in on what type of exercises i should be doing ..

I like to incorporate weighted pullups into my routine, and use them in my routine as the main vertical pulling movement. I switch off between weighted pullups and lat pulldowns or rack chins because weighted pullups are a little hard on the body, especially at my weight.

Before I re-injured my bicep I would just do a warm up set at bodyweight then strap on a 25, 35, and 45 for one set each. Now I am working my way back up since the injury has stopped bothering me.

yea weighted pullups are great. i personally vary the rep ranges from anywhere to 15 down to 5. use that belt for weighted dips too?

i do weighted dips all the time as tman said you can use it or that.seeing as i weigh 252#'s right now i don't use much for the weighted pull ups anymore.when my bodyweight was down around 220#'s i did all the time a nice pice of equipment.
