I think this is probably in the wrong forum but I didn't see anywhere really to put it so mods please move accordingly.

Ok a while back around a year ago I whilst doing heavy weight training I started getting a numbing pain in my right arm randomly. My whole arm felt very weak and painful from the back of my elbow until my hand mainly though a bit in my upper arm too. This happened every other time I trained and often stopped me working out early.
I went to the doctors who told me without even doing any tests or anything to reduce my weight by 10% (dickhead clearly had no idea what was wrong with me and didn't plan on finding out). I told him I wasn't happy with this and he told me he would get me a neurologist appointment and that I would get it in the mail. About 4 MONTHS later (by this time the problem had stopped) I get an appointment. I thought “yes fiinally I can do something when the problem comes back” (its a recurring problem)... But no, the guy tells me the same thing, wouldn't tell me what's wrong, no xray, scan of some sort, blood test... He also had no idea what he was doing. I feel let down by my health service...
Anyway sorry I'm rambling a bit, to the point now...

I've recently started my first cycle and I've been getting the pains again, recently stopping me short of a workout and I fear it could ruin my cycle if it stays... I even got the pain from throwing a ball about yesterday. I don't feel my doctor is competent enough to diagnose me after last time so I'm asking if anyóne has any experiance with this problem and what to do?

Again - its a very dull painfull numbing sensation starting in the elbow and feels like “the funny bone” but a lot longer and worse.

Please help me with this, I would very much appreciate it

Sounds like tendonitis to me.

I've had a bit of it in my right shoulder before and it takes forever to heal. Youtube is full of videos for tendonitis exercises (therapies) to help heal.
Like Jack tors said, alieve or ibuprofen to keep internal swelling and irritation to a minimum, I also would add icing after workouts.
Hope this helps, good luck.
