thats a great interview. chuck is a man among men.

that whole conversation is a typical conversation between PLers. classic.

some of the old school guys are havin probs with the new shirts. chuck is one. he is a stud though. 1025 squat at 220 and a 817 dead to boot. the 220 class is one of the tougher classes t compete inas well. you got patterson, mash, kellum, vogelpohl just to name a few.

man, if the 220 class is the tough class to compete in, is there a heavier class? or is that the heaviest? I cant imagine what the heavy boys pull...

the superheavy weights garry frank put in a 2700 lb total!!!!!!
 
2805. world record total. gary is 6'4 ish and 375 or so.

gymmy guy the 220 class is lb for lb the toughest class but they are small guys compared to the big boys. weight classes are something like this.

114,123,132,148,165,181,198,220,242,275,308,shw.

currnet world records are 1141 squat, 965 bench, 933 dead and a 2805 total.

those are 2 of the very best in the game no matter what weight were talking imo .
 
but do i got the money to compete? and ill prolly look like a tool compared to these kids who compete....
