should i fare well in the class id be in? im 259 as of today ( i had a good dump before weighing myself...) and can pull 500 on deads...
 
what sucks is that id be pulling raw (no suit as i cant afford one....), id have to pull for a nontested comp (i can do it) and i dont know if my numbers are good for my size.... I squat 315 (could prolly do more if i used a belt), pull 500, and bench sucks more than the $5 prositite named sniffin griffin down the street

i was stooping down too. if he was 6' tall he would weigh 350 prolly. eds 5'6" or so. he is thick as a brick. he's 245ish in this pic and I was 295ish then.

damn i look small in that pic. times have a changed.

of all the lifts gear helps the least in deads. andy bolton pulls raw and pulled 933. damn bro you in the 275 class. lets see.

total = a generous 1100.

bro the 148 lb woman are smoking your ass. amy squatted 535, benched 300 and puilled 475 as a 148 junior. pricilla totaled 1300+ in the 148. julie squatted 600, benched 465 and pulls over 5 in the 165s. plus all these women look good. i wont even tell you about becca. well OK i will. 805 squat, 501 bench and a 660 dead at about 240. she aint fat either. hard as a brick.

better stick to body building sporty. :40oz:
 
haha yeah i know....im damn sexy to boot too! what sucks though is being so tall....i know...ur tall too...i just find i got so much area to pull from...

Hope you're just kidding.

Competing is good for anyone, whether you suck or not. If you suck it will teach you that and you need to work harder to get stronger. It will also give you goals to motivate you to work harder. You'll train harder if you know you have a meet in 12 weeks.

Go out there, compete. If you get your ass whipped, go back next time stronger!
 
haha yeah, what i have holding me back was a shoulder injury (hence the bad bench) but coming back now, the deadlifts, i started doin em about 5 months ago...so im comin nicely on em...squats, always had probs doin them so i quit doin em, but got back to em about the same time as deads, so they are progressing...

you know i am. everyone needs to compete or at least train for PLing to develop a base. ask ronnie.

but on the other hand we compete not against each other but the steel. she is our guage of success. she never lies, she lays in wait, always faithful, always patient but always the victor.

Look at it this way now youve got something to shoot for..work on getting those totals up and youll grow!!just make sure the injuries are all healed
