what aas to take after my tri test cycle

guys i was wondering wht i should have after my test cycle to harden up abit would i be allright takin Winstrol (winny) or Anavar (var) after it and how long would i run it before pct any help appreciated thanks

What's your bodyfat %? Are you talking about drying out or losing fat when you say "harden up"?

6 foot 195 pounds this is my first cycle mate iv done oral only before like a dick but thats when i didnt have a clilue about steroid foroums or proper knowledge of aas like shuttin down test etc so i would class this as my 1st cycle

im doin tri test 400mg pw
arimidex. 25 ed
nolva clomid for pct
and hcg 250 iu aswell mate

Run each 50-75 mgs/day. Can include the arim same as you're doing it now, but may not need it with masteron in there.
