What are all the Do's and Dont's while taking Clen?

Can you take painkillers for headaches?

I need to kow all that you should know when taking Clen.

Im on my 3rd day and I have had the shakes everyday and today my toes have been cramping up.

I can now feel a headache coming on, is it okay to take painkillers while on Clen or not?

Kinda what i told you in your other thread, lower the dose. You have to see what you can handle. Also it helps me a lot when i keep drinking water and electrolytes a lot.

I have had no probs with any sides today and had the same dose as the last 2 days.

Whats the problem of me taking it at 104lbs dont 4get im only 5"2.2. (158cms), I was 102lbs but put 2lb back on.

I'd say no to ANY kind of gear if you weigh 104lbs. Most kids weighed that much in late elementry/early middle school. But if your going to do it anyways, you have to start with really low doses and "access your tolerance levels" to find an mg/dose that works well.

try increasing your water intake, clen makes u perspire more...so that could help..also try taking taurine for the cramps. i find it helps. the headaches do eventually go as your body becomes used to the side effects.
