what are some cheap good bodybuilding foods for size

Costco frozen chicken breast
Tuna
Pasta(wheat)
Wheat bread
Oatmeal(obviously generic kind and not name brand, it's all the same shit anyways)

Tuna
Ground beef
Whole eggs
Chicken breasts

Ramen noodles
Oats
Potatoes
Pasta

Youll need some fats too but those are a bit more pricey

Olive oil
Avocados

Go on youtube a search bulking on a budget or size for 70 or something like that.

Even Centopani
Frank McGrath
Antoine Vaillant

Each of them do a segment where they buy a weeks worth of food for like 50-70 bucks.

Frank McGrath rocks used his method when I was laid off and it's roughly around the same price range very cheap but effective if u can handle the same foods day in and out
Doesn't bother me one bit

Bro, we get ripped off up here on a lot of food when compared to the states. Cottage cheese is great, I was think at 5 bucks for a container wasnt good but half is 2.50 and 2.50 for a meal is pretty damn good actually.

Yeah they sell the 500g no fat cottage cheese at the superstore for $ 2.88, eat 2 cups before bed ( pretty much 1 container a day), mind ya it's the president choice stuff cheaper stuff but it's what I can afford and taste pretty damn good to me and wacked with protein :)
Per 1/2 cup is 15g protein and a 500g container is approx 2 cups

Cant believe im reading top ramen. That spaceman food is fake and horrible for you. It can easily be replaced by something just as cheap and way healthier for you.... Brown rice.

Lol comon guys

To each his own. I quit eating fast food (fake food) that has no nutritional value. Ever read the ingredients of top ramen? No thanks. Brown rice is probably just as cheap and its real food!

Brown rice is fantasic, absolutely. But it has no place being eaten postworkout. I would never suggest all carbs from ramen noodles, and im not a fan of Kali Muscle either but they work VERY well postworkout. As far as the ingredients, the flavor has some junk in it but its not going to kill you :)

Plain bagels work for.myself post workout :) egg whites, and a couple whole eggs
Bagels are cheap as well for carb source post workout
