What are your favorite forearm exercises?

I usually do reverse curls on the ez curl bar but 2-3 times a week but my forearms are a lil stubborn.

Ideas....

1 arm reverse cable curls.
Well its not my favorite but rather the only one i can do pain free cuase of my sore elbows etc.
 
I Am Not Sure What They Are Called, But Essentially You Have A Flat Bar Behind Your Back And You Bend Your Wrists Up For About 20-30 X's.
 
Try hacking chowder out of your prick. That will build up the forearms.


Seriously....any exercise that involves a strong grip will build them up.

Reverse curls & hammer curls. Also, believe it or not those hand squeeze hoosejiggiz type thingies work quite well...
