What best for growth

When bulking up what training method would be best. Either low rep/high weight or supersets and drop sets.

Has any1 experienced better results with either techniques
 
Moved to the training forum...and yeah, there is a lot of great info located in the existing threads there.
 
It depends a lot on what you can handle... but I like 5x5 personally for mass and strength. Iron Addict has a couple threads with a lot of solid routines for gaining mass and strength.
 
This can be person dependant, because some people react differently. But, generally for bulking....heavy, heavy, heavy. 5X5 is a great method for bulking. Anything below 5, you are looking at more power than bulk. Much higher than 7, you start sacrificing strength, but mass follows. 5 is a happy medium. Good luck.
