im new to the site, i would like to get some feed back on body fat % before taking Gear?? what percentage should i be at to take gear and should it be a bulking stack.
The lower the better I say, I did my first cycle last year and was 10% when I started and had no problems with gyno or anything, I'm no expert but I think the higher bf you have the more chance if getting gyno you have.
