What can I add as good calories?

So, I am having a hard time eating enough calories that I need everyday to bulk, can someone suggest things I can add that are some good calories? Here is what I have had so far today.

3 Whole Eggs
2 tbsp of peanut butter on bread.
4 ounce chicken
home made frrench fries
4 ounce tilapia
1 muffin
2 tuna cans
1/2 cup almond.
That is about 1,800 calories, I need about 800 more for the day.

Just eat more. Instead of 4 oz of chicken eat 8oz. Try beef. Eat things that you like.

This^^^. When you can explain the difference between a good calorie and a bad calorie we can talk about it then but for now just increase the volume of your food intake. Eat more of what you already eat or include other kinds of foods you actually enjoy eating.

The reason I eat so little of each food is because I can only spend 100$ a month on food. :(

I would shrivel up and fade away with only 100 a month on food my bill is at least 500 a month for food lol, there has to be a way you can budget more per month for food man, there just has to be, not only for bulking but for health reasons in general.

I get a lot of food from food donation places. Just, those foods aren't exactly good, lots of canned foods that are high sodium and such.

I don't believe in eating canned food, other than a few exceptions, there are far too many preservatives and far too much sodium in them. I don't know your situation but if you want something bad enough go get it man, you wanna bulk eat more, you want more food, budget more for food, the things you are eating aren't all that bad but you aren't eating nearly enough to bulk up.

Can I through in some bad foods that have a lot of calories in them?

I can explain the difference...

Of course you can, and depending on your genetics and metabolism you might be able to do this and benefit from it, as long as you are getting the required amount of protein carbs and fat you can play around and see what works best for you. If im bulking ill eat a 'cheat meal' once or twice a day, I gain very little fat. Now lots of people cant do this. But try to stay away from thing with preservatives lots of sodium, msg all that kind of crap, thats just unhealthy. You can be smart about you 'bad food' as well some people might say a burger is bad and is a cheat meal, that is somewhat true if you are going to a greasy fast food joint, but you could go get a good quality burger from a restaurant, and thats gonna make way more sense. You don't want to gorge yourself with shit food and gain all kinds of fat. Be smart, eat things you enjoy, switch it up so you don't get bored.

Bodybuilding doesn't have to be plain rice, plain chicken, tilapia and broccoli. This will drive a guy fucking nuts, theres a lot of good recipes that taste good and are good choices.

So can I add in some frozen yogart? And maybe 80/20 beef? I can't afford the other beef.

Yes beef it up man, I eat a lot of beef, but like I said before, the benefits your going to get from certain foods, you will only find out after trying different things. What I benefit from you might not, I think frozen yogurt isn't all that bad in moderation like once a week type thing, lots of sugar in that stuff, so don't be getting carried away with it. You can enjoy eating dude, there is no need to be a Nazi about dieting unless your prepping for a show or something like that, like I said make sure your getting enough protein, carbs and fat, and you will grow.

Here, I will toss one out. Cottage cheese.

Eggs are cheap and one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. Eat a lot of them unless you have a terrible cholesterol problem.

Read labels when you are shopping.

Go get bulk size bags of brown rice, oatmeal, tuna, sweet potato. I'm on a budget too and I manage on these And others. You can buy generic brands. You don't have to go organic. Rice is cheap and is a good carb of its brown, sweet potatoes also. Peanutbutter is cheap and calorie dense. Tuna is a great protein and so cheap. Lots of guys manage to bulk in a budget. Good luck man. Hope the financial situation improves soon!

Pasta is cheap too, add some beef of chicken to that, lots of meals right there. Be conscious of sales as well and also what store you are shopping at.
