what days should i shoot my gear

i will be running
600mg eq
400mg test a wk

should i shoot every mon and thurs
or is there a better split for this.

If you want to inject twice a week, it doesn't really matter what days per sa, just try to space your shots out as evenly as you can. You could go Sunday, Wednesday or Saturday, Tuesday, etc.

If you want to get real technical, I would shoot every 84 hours, ie; Sunday morning & Wednesday night.

yep I always seem to shoot on Monday, then usually Thurs or Fri., just personal preference as the particular days make no difference.
