I'm 6', 213lbs, 38 years old.
I've been working out on and off forever but for last 1.5 years been pretty consistent.
I'm trying to add lean mass and definition everywhere but lose my gut? It's the only place on my body showing visible fat. I started eating a lot more to gain mass but I'm wondering if I need to focus on losing my belly fat first.
4-5 eggs and 1/2 cup oatmeal w fruit yogurt
1 can of chicken/tuna w 1tbl real mayo two pieces of wheat bread
1 chicken breast w brown rice or baked beans and broccoli.
Ground beef or turkey 1-2 patties
1 protein shake
Garden salad w chicken (breast or canned)
That's a typical day for me. I'll admit I do order pizza once a week.
I workout 4-5 days a week, mostly lifting.
What should I do?
