What do the little Green Blocks under the pictures represent?

The green is your Rep. Reputation. and rep power is the points you can give to others members.
you can give in green, as you got. or in red when you desagree some thought, posts, thread of an users;

usualy member always use the green and never the red.

if you have something against some guy, tell him in PM. ( private message)

As you're are taottal newb i advice to read the rules.

They really dont mean all that much nor does your post count. What means the most is the content of your post.

All the green dots or red dots mean is that you have either kissed butt or have pissed off a mod or many posters. Beware. Calling it like it is wont get you green and very well may get you red, so choose your words carefully if you care about such things.
