what do you do to get over?

Well, I've made good gains so far, but this past week, I've stopped gaining...
I figure its because of my diet. I mean, I eat as much as I can and take 2-3 protein shakes everyday.
But I'm considering getting one of those high calorie shakes. LIke the ones at GNC, is it like 800 calories a shake or something? Hopefully, that'll get me over this plateau.
Or should I find some way to put some more food down?

Also, I was wondering what some of you guys eat in the middle of the night? You know, it's about 3 in the morning but somehow your ass will get up and go to the fridge looking for something to eat. But I sure as hell am not conscious enough to throw a chicken breast on the grill or cook anything up special. Sometimes I'll just take a protein shake or some cold cereal with nonfat milk. But is there anything else out there that can hold me down during the middle of the night? I wanna gain!

I agree, its a great product

High carb high calorie weight gainers are great, if you want to put on fat. The purpose of any cycle should be muscle gain, not weight/fat gain at any cost. Keep your goals realistic and eat a lot of lean beef and eggs.

Your not gonna put on fat with 5g of sugars... As far as the carbs, that's fine for an early morning breakfast. Taking in some carbs from maltodextrins doesn't mean your gonna get fat!

N Large 2 by Prolab is THE best. 790 calories 6 grams of fat 80grams carbohydrates 29 from simple sugars and 68 grams of protein.
