What do you guys think of this LEAN bulk Diet?

So this was the diet that I plan on using for my cycle to do a lean bulk (try to maybe do a recomp possibly), I'm currently around 2100-2500 calories ed.

Wondering if I should go low on the carbs on my rest days and increase in my fats & protein?



HIGH DAY Carbs day on training days

Meal 1: 5 large egg whites 85 kcal, 18g P
1/2 cup (dry uncooked) oat meal 150kcal, 5g P, 27g C
1 Scoop of Mass Gainer 650 kcal, 13g P, 129g C, 5g F
1 table spoon flaxseed oil 130 kcal, 14g F.


Meal 2: 5 ounces of chicken 156 kcal, 0 carbs, 33.3 grams P, 6g Fat
1/2 cup of rice 107.5kcal, 22.21g C, 2.5g P
1 table spoon flaxseed oil 130 kcal, 14g F.


Meal 3: 3 ounces of chicken 93.5 kcal, 0 carbs, 20 grams P, 3.5g Fat
1 med sweet potato "5 ounce 130 kcal, 25g C, 2.5g P
1/2 cup of rice 107.5kcal, 22.21g C, 2.5g P
4oz broccoli 36 kcal, 7.52g C, 3.2g P

Meal 4: 3 ounces of chicken 93.5 kcal, 0 carbs, 20 grams P, 3.5g Fat
1 med sweet potato "5 ounce 130 kcal, 25g C, 2.5g P
1/2 cup of rice 107.5kcal, 22.21g C, 2.5g P

Meal 7: 1 Scoop of Combat Protein 140 kcal, 5 carbs, 25 grams P, 1.0g Fat
1 medium Banana 27g C, 110 kcal
1 table spoon flaxseed oil 130 kcal, 14g F.

Calories: 3,300 kcal
Protein: 173.9g
Carbs: 455g
Fats: 70g

You ve done your homework it would appear but honestly----no offense----I need a pic...if ur 10 percent, and u maybe...great....why do u need to do re comp...my avi is like 12-14 %..I m not fat but if were 10 percent my waiste would be 1.5 inches tighter....

you don't keep your AI on hand you use it from day 1 one. It is to keep your estrogen in check. You need to learn about Estrogen and it's sides. Also something about AI's

I won't be using my AI from day one, my AI is ADEX. I'll wait to see how the bloat will happen, and the water retention ill be keeping in check. I crashed my E2 levels last time. But I was told not to look at those results since they were taken LATE in the day.

Maybe I'm at 10-12% not sure. I did a clipper test. I have around 12-13 on my back, 3-4 on my chest & triceps, and 10 on my upper abs, and 8 on my lower abs. Yes I know this test is not very accurate esp if it is someone who does not use it on a daily day. Need like 200-300 measures to be considered an expert with them clippers as I've learned in my class lol. Those are my rough numbers. I haven't been on a cycle for over a year and half.
