As usual, it's all about research. Most recent thing I could find about Powell pointed to the ailing PlatinumPhysique.com website. The profile there (from 2002, looks like) indicated Powell was 27 y.o., British, 5'6 1/2" tall, 18 stone (which is what, 252 lbs.?) in the offseason, 14 st 2 lbs. (198 lbs.?) in contest shape. And that he'd just won an IFBB qualifier in the UK.
