what do you think of this split??

monday-chest, shoulders, triceps, cardio
tuesday-back, biceps, cardio
wed-abs, calves, cardio
thurs-legs, cardio
fri-arms, cardio
sat-abs, calves, cardio

i want to try and focus on my calves and arms mostly, and since ive typically always worked out one body part per day, ive heard people getting great results with incorporating chest and shoulders together. cardio everday would consist of 30 min. im 23, 210lbs, 13.5 % bf, and would like to keep size (even gain some if possible) and cut down to 10%bf or under. ive done a few cycles in the past and have been working out for about 4-5 years. im taking prop/tren and will add Winstrol (winny) tabs/clen halfway through the cycle, with prop running till the end.
 
i figured that my abs, calves, cardio days would rest the muscles that i worked before and i would take all of sunday off too..

true those muscles will have the day off, but your body as a whole unit needs to relax as well.

try it and see how it works.
 
arms twice a week? i dont like doing chest and shoulders together. IMO chest needs its own day, usually with triceps.

thats alot of cardio, u trying to lose weight and gain muscle?
 
if possible..i just know if i keep all my muscle and drop up to 4-5 percent bf ill look way better than i do, so thats my goal
 
budd_2040: You training for looks or for power?

You might want to get a professional (not your dumbass gym trainer, but somebody that can lift some real weight) to train you. Off the top of my head ( :D ), we have pullinbig and Iron Addict here that does online training. These guys are both the world's best.

clen at 4mg would likely kill you. But regardless, you need a start a NEW THREAD in the APPROPRIATE forum.

expect to loose alot of muscle. especially if youre using T4 and clen. trying to keep all your muscle while losing 4-5% BF with all that cardio will be impossible.
 
clen is anticatabolic, plus..ill be taking tren and prop together..30 min of cardio after my workouts isnt excessive and i think that keeping muscle by doing this is very possible. gaining muscle might be a different story.
