What dosage should I run with my current blood test

Hi guys,
I have finished the blood test and I am going to run first cycle next week. Here is my blood test result

Im about to run 400 Test-E/week for 12 weeks because this is my first cycle so I don't have much experience about this.
Base on my testosterone data, should I increase to take 500 test-e/week?

Please give me some advices. Thank in advance guys.

What time of day did you get your blood test? Cycles don't add to your existing testosterone btw, it REPLACES it.

Then you probably have decent natural test levels. Your hormones change over the course of the day, and testosterone can drop by up to 60% by the afternoon.

Assuming you're old enough (disclaimer, because I don't want to advise guys that are too young), either dose of testosterone is fine. I would personally opt for 500mg/wk as the results may come closer to your expectations.
