Does M1T have an effects on running, positive or negative?
Because first off, I am an experienced weight lifter...and I am big into running also competitively...I run the 800m mainly and also the 400m and 1600m runs. I am going to order this M1T and I will be taking it this summer and also this summer of course is my summer training for this falls cross country season and next springs track season. During the summer my running days will consist of anywhere from 4 to 10 miles. So what type of an effect would M1T have on me running-wise excluding lethargy?
Also, I will be taking Milk Thislte while taking M1T, and I'm looking for something to fight the lethargy. And after I take M1T should I take 6oxo or the Protein Factory post cycle therapy (pct) or what else would be better? Also keep in mind I dont want anything illegal, I want to know the best legal post cycle therapy (pct).
