What foods before/after training?

earlier in the day I try to have my higher carb meals, as the day goes on I eat a higher protein higher fat diet. Immediately after a workout I drink a large glass of whole milk.

Immediately post-workout - dextrose/protein shake - 2:1 ratio
1.5 hours later, same amount of carbs and protein from whole foods.

Immediately pwo i take in 75g dextrose, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine, 1g Vitamin C. About 20 min after that 60g whey protien. Whole food meal about 1 hr after that.

How about pre workout?

Post I take 2 potatoes, glutamine and whey with fruit. 30mins later solid food.

I used to take PB or oatmeal before training worked okay...coffee dont work with me at all before training.

whole grain cereal and whey protein, cup of coffee before

lean meat, fish or poultry, with potaoes or rice or pasta and veggies after

I take in 2 cans of tuna about 2 hours before, 30 mins before I eat a banana.

Then immediately after I have a shake with about 50g of protein and ?? of dextrose. Then about an hour later I have a chix breast and 1/2 cup of rice.

Probably need to keep better track of my dextrose intake after I workout.

high carb meals up until i train. Then I have around 25g whey and 35g dextrose during my warmup sets. Then I have around 1 hour to complete my workout before my blood sugar crashes into the dirt. You want your blood sugar and endo insulin levels to both be low at the end of your workout, so you can take full advantage of a sharp insulin spike. For this, I use 75g dextrose and 60g whey when bulking.

pre-work out i eat a can of tuna, small yogurt, and 5g of creatine, and for post workout i take dextrose, 5g creatine, and 50g of whey protein.

I lift 6x a week at 7am, so before I workout I have either a protein bar, nutrigrain bar, or oatmeal. Post I have a protein shake with 45g a protein, glutamine, creatine, oats, and banana all blended up. I drink that with my breakfast which changes daily but is usually a chicken breast, cottage cheese, mixed vegtables (I know sounds more like lunch or dinner).
