What gains can I make in these cycles

I am banned!
I'm 24 and have been training for 4 years but want to take it to the next level. I'm planning on doing 4 cycles but can anyone tell me what gains in lean muscle mass I could expect? I know much of it depend on different things but what is a good estimate

Cycle 1

500mgs test enth for 10 weeks

Cycle 2

600mgs test enth
30mgs dbol/day for first 4 weeks

12 week cycle

Cycle 3

test enth 500mgs
deca 300mgs
dbol 35mgs/day for first 4 weeks

12 week cycle

Cycle 4

test enth 600mgs
deca 400mgs or eq 400mgs
dbol 50mgs/day for first 4 weeks

12 week cycle

Thats my plan for my cycles. Training and nutrition would be very good on these cycle. I'd work hard in the gym and make sure that my nutrition is excellent because I know how important it is.

So what gains in lean muscle mass could i expect assuming i work hard on nutrition and training?

Its impossible for anybody to say buddy.

all depends on your curent stats
Your first cycle should be the best for gains. +20lbs is resonable figure for your first cycle to a novice. How much you keep depends on pct. usually keep over half

the other cycles can be just as good as the first depending on how much off time
between cycles.

Might sure you have post cycle therapy (pct) planed aswell as your cycles
 
dave no one will be able to tell you this. its up to you and your diet and training. i will say this. none of your cycles are unreasonable. they look good.
 
Yea man I've got a post cycle therapy (pct) planned for each. I'm going to plan that in another section. My breaks between cycles would be for as long as I cycled so I'd take a 10 weeks break after the first one. I've got an ok size but the last 4 years I mostly trained for strength in squats, DL's, Bench, press etc so size wasn't my main goal but now it is.

I'd basically want something like this after the 4 cycles: (Tanner Parkes)

how about you quit worrying about what might happen and start worrying about what you can do to get the results you want.
 
I don't know my current weight. Haven't measured it in ages because I always felt it to be irrelevant.

I'll try to get a pic up soon but haven't got one just now.

My size is ok but I focused on strength which gave me less size gains.

I'm around 8% bf

I see. I know it's impossible to say how much I should expect but basicaaly what I was asking is if I work hard on training and have excellent nutrition is it possible to make great gains of these cycles.

Just trying to work out if it's worth my time or not.

strength training usually means lower reps and higher weight and nothing adds more mass than training that way . dont believe that crap in the muscle magazines.
 
Higher weight, lower reps = mass. Your cycles look legit. I'd maybe extend your first to 12 weeks if you're still seeing gains Towards the end of it. You actually should wait 16 weeks after your first cycle to do another if your running a 10 week cycle due to post cycle therapy (pct). You need to include this in the length of your cycle. 10 wk cycle, 2 weeks after your last pin to start post cycle therapy (pct) and 4 weeks on post cycle therapy (pct). That's 16 weeks total. As far as your gains on the cycles that all depends on your diet bro.
