I'm 24 and have been training for 4 years but want to take it to the next level. I'm planning on doing 4 cycles but can anyone tell me what gains in lean muscle mass I could expect? I know much of it depend on different things but what is a good estimate
Cycle 1
500mgs test enth for 10 weeks
Cycle 2
600mgs test enth
30mgs dbol/day for first 4 weeks
12 week cycle
Cycle 3
test enth 500mgs
deca 300mgs
dbol 35mgs/day for first 4 weeks
12 week cycle
Cycle 4
test enth 600mgs
deca 400mgs or eq 400mgs
dbol 50mgs/day for first 4 weeks
12 week cycle
Thats my plan for my cycles. Training and nutrition would be very good on these cycle. I'd work hard in the gym and make sure that my nutrition is excellent because I know how important it is.
So what gains in lean muscle mass could i expect assuming i work hard on nutrition and training?
