It's been awhile since I've been on here....seems a lot has changed. There used to be a sticky with all the recipes/instructions on how to cook. Anyone recall "pullinbig"?

*Think* they were taken down when the US gov't decided to target the menace that is steroids (think all of those people being killed, all those drive bys, all the crime associated to them - actually, uh, hang on, erm aren't most people that are using them are the ones protecting people at clubs and people entertaining people in sports!?!? Oh well never mind!).
