ok, and this is probobly a really dumb question but im gonna ask someone cuz maybe they have tried it before. so here is my conclusion, i bought a hand grip squeeze, its like a flexible rench but with some tention on it so the more you squeeze that baby the more your forearm is using muscle power. not very smarty i know, but i used it on my hands, squeezing it really hard, 20 minutes of that and after 4-5 days of doing that i noticed a difference in my forearms. so i wanted to ask you if i were to. lets say, do a controlled,slow, low weight preacher curl for 20 minutes what would happen to my bicep? to make it even more interesting after that fact is made clear, for an extra step, lets say i were to use elastics and tie them to a pole and curl my biceps like that for 20 minutes what would be the end result? harder biceps? bigger biceps? permanent damage to the biceps? explain please, it would be great to know if someoen else could benifit from doing somethign like this?
also, if you were on steroids would that be benificial?
