What is a good Fat, Carb, Protein Mix for me

I am 6'-1", 197 lbs, age is 35. I am trying to get my body fat % down. I currently would estimate myself at 17-18ish. I lift in the morning and do HIIT at night. I eat about 1800 calories/ day. I have read a lot about Clen and others on this site but to be honest I am skiddish when it comes to taking that stuff.

So I ask you all for your wisdom and knowledge. What would be a good mix (fat, carbs, protein) to get the body fat % down, the amount of calories I should be at AND is Clen damaging in any way and would it be a good idea to try a cycle?

Thanks

Work out your BMR and TDEE, minus 500 - 1000 calories from it making the deficit. Read 3J's diet critique thread, follow the steps and he'l critique your diet for you

A good macro aim would be:
1g+ protein per pound of Lean body mass
0.4g fat (minimum) per pound of lean body mass
Carbs are't necessary, you can add as much or little as you like (adjust your protein and fats accordingly)

I've used clen, it's not a "miracle drug" but it does help, providing your nutrition and training is in check
