What is ECA and is it needed to make clen more effective?

What is ECA and is it needed to make clen more effective? Or can clen be used by itself to lose the fat with a clean diet and fast walking cardio (cardio: 4 times a week).
 
I would never suggest running them together. Many people rotate them, however.
I will never use clen, so I've no personal experience with that.
 
like BlownSC said, many people run clen 2wks on, and during the 2wks off period they run an eca. however, i have heard a lot of people complain that clen actually makes them "spacey" and tired, so they run caffeine/ephedrine with it. obviously not something you'd attempt as a first-time user, but it's not unheard of. i'm sure you'll get a lot of different views on this...

Yea but what a lot of people don't realize with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off approach, is that ECA downgrades beta receptors as well, so you aren't giving your receptors a break like most think. It's best to run one or the other, or both at the same time if you are experienced enough, and run Benadryl or Keto along side.

So in other words, I only need to use clen to burn off the body fat quick.

To burn off your bodyfat quick, you need a good diet :)


If you want to supplement this diet, then clen and/or an ECA stack would be the way to go.

Speaking of diet...I need to get in a lot of protein for each of 6 meals a day, but the lean source: chicken breast, turkey burger (25g of protein), tuna don't give enough protein, so should I supplement it with one scoop of whey for each meal to reach the 40-50grams of protein per meal mark? Or does whey digest too fast?
