What is the best time to weigh yourself ?

Wondering at what point in the day is best to get an accurate reading, seems to fluctuate a lot

me to, but I think the most important thing is to do it at a regular hour so you can track your results.
 
Keep your wiegh in times at the same interval. That way you keep each measurement accurate and comparable to future weigh ins.
 
depends when i hit the gym, i dont have a scale in my tent = )
i weight like 207 in am, and 213 at night... hmm? but i stopped doing cardio and at that point i was 200 in am, and 207 at night... in 6 days ill start the cardio again
