can somebody explain what the water weight / retention is about, how do you know if it's water weight and you're not just getting fat, how does it happen, how can you prevent it? or how do you deal with it if you get it?
as you can see i don't know anything about it just heard the phrase and just want to be prepared and aware of this problem just incase.
