What Is Your Exemestane Dose On TRT?

Doing the TRT thing
I'm going to try switching from Anastrozole to Exemestane for my AI.

I'm just not sure what dose to start at. I've read on the forum that some people using 12.5mg/day which seems to be pretty common.

Guys who are on TRT using Stane as their AI, what dose do you use?

I have a TRT doc who is pretty cooperative so I could probably get him to prescribe me some. I also wonder if there's a difference between the liquid and pill form.

2 reasons I'm switching:

- To see if it helps control acne better.

- Lately I've been feeling dizzy and a little disoriented every day and been having nerve pain, and I'd like to see if this is a side effect of anastrozole. I've been on it for years so I want to see how I feel after I get it out of my system.

How much test are your taking weekly and what is your protocol? How much adex do you currently take a week and how often?

My current protocol:

Every 4 days I take:

- 60mg Test Cyp
- 0.25mg Anastrozole
- 250iu HCG

However I have my first bloodwork scheduled for this week, so I don't know where this protocol puts me. I've just recently switched from gel to injections.

There is a very good chance that you don't even need an AI on that protocol. Don't make any changes until you know where you come in.

I am pretty sure 12.5mg of Aromasin daily would be too much though. 6.25mg daily would most likely be too much even.

Thanks for the advice. I've got my bloodwork scheduled for Friday so I'll post the results when I get them back and see what adjustments I should make.

I have slightly puffy nips so I was wondering if I take tamoxifen or another SERM will that skew my e2 blood test results? Or no since it doesn't actually lower e2 count, and just binds to the receptors?
