What is your TRT regimen? roll call

Been on HRT for 3 years, but I never "feel" it in the usual sense. I have low SHBG so I literally don't feel my Testosterone, get any help with libido or with building muscle. My E2 is always in range, no issues there, no need for me to use an AI. Name a protocol and I have likely been on it....Never been impressed with the benefits, and if it weren't for the fact that my HTPA is shut down, I'd probably bail. Yes, I know its possible to at least attempt a re-start. Might try that next. I had low T before I started HRT, but at least I'd save the $$$ its costing me every month.

Have you used test prop as your TRT, ED shots? Just something I read about in my studies...

Yes, I am doing that now in fact. It does keep my levels very stable and I think I may feel a bit better on this protocol than any other that I have tried. I still don't have any useful libido or feel awesome like so many guys do on HRT, but it is a slight improvement. It is easy to do with insulin syringes.

How low is your SHBG? (And what's the scale)

250mg/14 days testosterone enanthate.
No AI or HCG.
Protocol is not ideal, but that's all i can get at the moment.

I'm still in the very early stages of treatment...

Shbg

How low is your SHBG? (And what's the scale)

Mine is at 7.2 on a scale of 16.5 - 55.9 nmol/L - Testing at LabCorp.

I seem to be genetically low, because I have none of the usual low SHBG correlations, such as liver issues, diabetes or pre-diabetes.

question for PMD or anybody else that had E over 70...what were symptons if any...mine is bp and for some reason seems to be worst early evening...took dim yesterday no differert...when I had used adex it seemed to work overnight but wacks my knees ,ankles and wrists within 2 days even at .25

Arimedex killed my dick for a couple days, and kept me up the first night. HORRIBLE experience from . 25 mg taken once. My E has been at 99 and higher, but I really didn't feel bad at the time. It wasn't for a few weeks after being tested high that I felt bad...?

That is low. I asked because I thought mine was also low, I'm about 21nmol - still in range, but at the lower end.

320iu hcg e4d, 90mg cyp e4d, .25adex e8d
Finding the correct ai dosage has been a little tricky for me. I tried .25 e4d and e2 was too low(<20). No ai, however, puts me in the 60-70 range.

200 mg test cyp EVERY 30 DAYS. Have been on since September, and switched to 50 mg every week on my own to avoid peaks and valleys. Initial levels were 287 total, 72 free back in September. Current dosage seems nowhere near high enough, going for blood work next week and will plead my case based on the results. Tough to find a doc that does not make it such a battle!
EDIT: also no type of AI protocol. WTF.

If you want the doctor to up your dose (I would), you might be better off sticking to the ridiculous 30 day schedule ahead of your blood draw. Once you're suppressed you should be pretty well crashed.

I still do not understand why people like to split their dosages weekly.

well for one obviously people want to keep their levels more stable. I believe you like a natural decline throughout the week.
But the bigger factor is probably to keep estrogen down and avoid an ai.
