What is your TRT regimen? roll call

200 mg test cyp EVERY 30 DAYS. Have been on since September, and switched to 50 mg every week on my own to avoid peaks and valleys. Initial levels were 287 total, 72 free back in September. Current dosage seems nowhere near high enough, going for blood work next week and will plead my case based on the results. Tough to find a doc that does not make it such a battle!
EDIT: also no type of AI protocol. WTF.

Total t 9-1000, estradiol sensitive 24
Still would like to get my estro up a bit so I'll probably go to 120mgs per week to try to hit the top of the range.

there is zero reason to want E higher than 24 for trt reasons. you would be increasing E ,T and DHT .. why would ya.

100mg test c Monday morning and Thursday night.
250 hcg Sunday morning and Wednesday night.
.75mg of arimadex when I pin my test.

Last blood work had my test at 1219 before I pinned on that monday morning.
E2 was a tad high so that's when I bumped my adex up .25mg to .75mg. Acne is better but need to get retested.
Doc seemed unconcerned wit my trough test being 1219. I feel really good!

Edit, my SHBG is crazy low so my free test is through the roof!!

You may be able to titrate that a bit and get it into range and still feel great. If your SHBG is low you can afford to have your E go up a bit.

Could you explain that a little more clearly, I'm not understanding? I very much appreciate the feedback!!!

Your SHBG is really low, which is concerning. It is most likely the AI that is dropping it. Its sounds like you may need to adjust your AI dosage, your Free T is too high.

My SHBG was only 15 to begin with before I started TRT. On 1mg of adex a week I have bad shoulder acne and low libido, when I bump to 1.5mg a week, acne is mild to none and libido returned. Dunno.

even more of a reason to let your E come up, it was low before your started TRT because you did not have enough T to convert to E, your body was trying to compensate.

80mg test c every 3.5 days.
No HCG or AI.....(looking to self medicate)

Also considering coming off and running high dose of HCG for a month to try a kickstart that I never tried. I am only 27.

Pretty naive statement. I know tons of people on the forums who feel better with an estradiol sensitive around 25-35, some even at 40.
Have heard many guys have issues with an estradiol sensitive under 25.

question for PMD or anybody else that had E over 70...what were symptons if any...mine is bp and for some reason seems to be worst early evening...took dim yesterday no differert...when I had used adex it seemed to work overnight but wacks my knees ,ankles and wrists within 2 days even at .25

Just saw your post. My symptoms of high estrogen were as follows:

Really strange mood…not happy, not sad, no energy, blood pressure was in the 140-150/90 range, appetite in the toilet. My testosterone was at 1600!

I stopped my adex for five days after daily doses of 1mg cause it crashed my estrogen. I dosed 1mg four days before blood draw. Results just in…test at 1429 and estrogen even higher at 180.
Doctor dropped me to 175 mg every two weeks and told me to continue 1mg daily.
I plan on splitting the 175mg every five days and 1mg adex eod.
Lets see what happens.
