What should I expect from Test E and Dbol Cycle? Am I expecting too much?

Cycle looks like this:
Test E weeks 1-12 250mg pin 2x week
Dbol Week 1: 30mg -> Week 2: 45mg -> Week 3/4 depending on how I feel I will lower/raise/maintain

PCT: Torem 120 1st 3 days -> 90/60/60/60eod
AI: Adex .25 ed if needed

I am looking to get big primarily but at the same time maybe lose a little bit of fat. Cutting for 2 more weeks and boom I ride on that bitch haha

I've been studying gear for a very very long time with much consideration. Please do not interrogate me. I say this because I look at threads and everyone simply asks: WHAT AGE?! BF?! DIET?! TRAINING?!
That kind of pisses me off so please refrain, my diet/training/bf/age all fits.

---I'm not trying to come off as an asshole and I know people that ask do this, well I hope, to make sure the op stays safe. I assure you I know what I am doing I have a friend who is majors is gearism.

But my main question is, what should I expect? I've tried and looked at some progress pics and do be quite frankly I found none of them to be very impressive. I'm personally expecting to gain atleast 25lbs and maybe lose around 10lbs after post cycle therapy (pct). Am I hoping for too much? My base is pretty solid at the moment. I trained in powerlifting but hopped over to bbing due to herniated discs.. Currently 5'9 @ 175lbs 10-11%bf, yes I'm sure.

Oh and hoping to hit 3 plates on bench too. At my heaviest: 203 i was able to bench 225x8 and 255x1? Now I'm 175 and can bench 245x2. Pretty depressing I cant squat/dl but oh well I'm not here to cry my woes to you folks.

I heard you feel like a god on dbol and get horny af on test. time to wear 3 layers of spandex when I go out haha. And will I sweat alot? Kind of prone to it...

first cycle?

My first one was tbol for 4 weeks 40mg test e 500mg for 11 weeks

started at 180/185

went up to 205 on cycle

after pct i am now ~195 lost a little bf % as well

Everyone's different. If you normally sweat a lot then yes this will make you sweat more. As far as being horny, expect the complete opposite. As far as your results go, hey that's all on you. AAS isn't a magical thing that turns you into Arnold over night which is a huge misconception everyone has. As ling as your diet and training are on point, you should see good results. I've seen people go from 120-180 in one cycle, I've seen others go from 190-205, it's all on you.
And choose either bulk or cut. Don't try to do both at once bc your going to be in the middle and most likely unhappy with your results

you can have a good 20 lbs and i think its enough. Putting on too much weight means Bloating too much.
Water weight is bad because it fucks you up when he is going
Fat weight is also bad because its hard too lose.
So try to keep bloating moderate
Read Jimithing ' s Estrogen control thread. Its helpful stuff

why are you giving up on powerlifting? not trying to be a dick just curious b/c with proper treatment that disc shouldn't hold you back. I know b/c i have 4 bad discs/joints (L3/L4, T5/T6, C5/C6, and C6/C7) and haven't let it stop me from squatting or deadlifting. my injuries aren't from weightlifting, but the results are the same. i had cortisone shots and re-evaluated how i trained to improve several key areas and no new problems since (it's been two years since last treatment)

and you shouldn't have any problem pushing three plates again as long as your training and diet are in check and you get enough rest.

I herniated my 2 discs I think it was L4-L5-S1. The tear is a t2 I think that was what its called. apparently that is the worst tear you can have b/c the fluid from my spine leaks out causing me pain. If t2 is the correct term, it is when the disc rips from top to bottom and a t1 is just a small one. the t2 tear may be a big reason for it. But I still have hope to maybe start pulling again. whenever i set a pr I felt like a god haha

How long did it take you to start squat/deadlifting again? I'm going to a physical therapist as well. according to him I will be good in 2 months of proper rest, but will never squat/dl heavy again. however sumo's feel ok sometimes. conventional is a no no for me.

Str gains were good, i noticed endurance more than strength. But ive kept most of my str gains.

I was happy with my results but it sucks seeing urself lose size and fullness.

Its all psychological for the most part.

Being on is great, but being off is calming as well.

On that note, can't wait for my summer ride!
 
I waited about 6/8wks. first thing they gave me was an oral corticosteroid which was good for a week. then two weeks later i had first shot for the disc and i was pulling sumo about two weeks later. i had a subsequent shot for the joint about two months after that as it had taken some abuse too. my l3/l4 had probably been messed up for some time but didn't rear it's ugly head until about summer of 2011. having my wife put my damn socks and shoes on sucked, and the thought of it for the rest of my life was definitely enough to make me take it slow. I'm no doctor and can only tell you to do the same and listen to your body. Rome wasn't built in a day and I'm glad i waited to start cycling until my busted down ass was ready. nothing would suck more than to go through that again or worse start a cycle just to stop from being in too much pain to even function. if you read up on louie simmons or dave tate you'll know how bad some guys really have it and still lift heavy. so when i was told no more heavy lifting i just said up yours baby.

Lol and I know that sounds like a dick head thing to say but if he is that smart why do you need any of us. Also Every one hates writing theyre stats but if you dont write them then say dont give me shit about it. People are going to fuck with you its asking for it. But I get what you mean and i hate writing the fucking stats to! I gained 25 pounds on test e alone and lost fat before barely working out. So I think it depends on how you respond to gear and if you have ever been bigger than you are right now. Because muscle memory will account for alot of the gains if that is the case. But I would expect personally to gain 25 to 30 pounds and keep about 20 pounds of it. Especially if you just load up on bcaa's all day long after every meal have casein protein at night time and eat a insane ammount of good quality meat and carbs. And never underestimate the power of multivitamins they are the building blocks of everything. And healthy fats.
