like mentioned, lots of h2o, an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), aspirin if u are not allergic or nattokinase (dissolves clots and keeps blood thin), personally i take all the natural supps like fish oils (i like krill infused w/vit E) BCAA's, whey protein, multi vitamin, CoQ10, hawthorne berry, and really any natural supp out there if you wish to take it. i always take all the joint supps out there too as they are the building blocks of collagen and connective tissue.
