The ONLY thing that will limit weight gain is DIET, running clen/t3 is usually more of a temporary fix to get ready for a show or look good for a limited amount of time... There WILL be rebound weight gain, but maintaining a leaner weight year round can be achieved by committing to your diet and doing regular cardio after weight training or first thing in the morning
The answer depends on how much you have to lose. If it's still a substantial amount, ECA works great and doesn't need to be cycled. If you're close to your goals, you can continue with clen/t3, but I wouldn't be doing t3 without testosterone (TRT or better) .
