What to use

I have done only 2 cycles. One a couple years ago. I used Dbol for 5 weeks and test e for 12 weeks. I got it through a friend who got it from a friend. It worked great. I then just not to long ago did anothe cycle. This time I couldn't get any D and used Sustanon. It worked ok but hurt for days where I put it and had to use a big pin. Again I got it through a friend and he is no longer around. I am wondering if anyone knows what I should use and the best, most relaiable site to get it?

What is your height/weight and training/diet status? That would be imperative to know.
 
I am 6ft 200lbs. I haven't been training like I should. Just got back into it heard again. I train 5 days a week, one body part a day. Hit my bis and tris togeter but try to mix it up as much a possable. I do abs every other day. With my work its hard for me to keep the same days working out so sometimes that changes to. When Im get into training and stay with it I have been up to 220lbs using nothing. However Im 38 now and its harder to get gains. I keep my diet pretty clean. I eat a lot of protein, drink my protein drinks before and after I work out and my casein at night. Also the first cycle I did I used a post cycle therapy (pct) after. The guy I got the second cycle from said it wasnt a big deal and I didnt get it. Is it a big deal?
 
Yes, post cycle therapy (pct) is extremely important. post cycle therapy (pct) and diet are the two primary factors that determine what percentage of your gains are kept.

Thanks Poly. Maybe you can help me. I have been lifting on and off since I was 18. I have only cycled twice (please read my first post) I recently have had to move due to my job. I dont know anyone at my gym. Even at my old gym I only new one guy I could talk to and get something from and he moved. I realy need advice on what I should use and how to go about finding it. I do eat right, get my sleep, train right, and when using and training I take my vitamins, and milk thistle. Hope you can help. Thanks again.
