Hello, thinking about my first cycle and need your help/advise please...
Im 27yo, almost 200lbs and have been working out for about five years+. Taking it basic with protein and creatine only. Although Ive made decent gains over the years, I think its time to take things to the next level...
After the research I've done and before doing any cycles, I would like your input/feedback...
Planning to run Test E for 10 to 12 weeks.
test E 500mg/week
PCT Nolva/clomid lasting for 4 to 6 weeks.
Thoughts? too much/too little?
Again, Im a newbie and know little about this. HELP!
