Whats are some of the worst supplement co.s out there?

ANIMAL PAK!!!!!!!
Never actually tried it but they've got convincing ads. What does everyone think of Prolab (i've heard so many mixed reactions)? and what does anyone think of Animal Pak if you've tried their stuff?

I like optimum nutrition for protein.

i'll second that on the vp2 whey... ast does extermely over-hype their stuff (like 516% increased in gains over blah blah)... but all in all i've been pleased with their products and the price isn't too bad if you shop around.
 
VP2 Whey is great... highest value protein ive seen to date is LA Whey and it tastes amazing... man its the kinda stuff somebody could get hooked to but the price is truly crazy.
