well that is the foundation, i would say some heavy presses, bb & db, also heavy side laterals, i seen a bb training video and a guy was doing side lats with 100's, big ole boy, he used straps it was so heavy, oh yeah and EAT
diet is key..if your getting cut your obviously in a calorie deficit..having said that i do not change my training when dieting i stick with the same heavy movements..obviously you may feel weaker do to less food..stick with the basics heavy babrbell front press side laterals and dont forget delts get whacked when you bench too
Push presses trash my delts since there's a heavy negative. If that's not enough, some delt raises after the PP would really trash them. There are some options to make delt raises harder, too - use bent arms on the way up and straight on the way down, OR, press the weight up and do an eccentric delt raise (with a weight that's a heavy negative).
bench press and heavy back work. you wont see many PLers with small delts and many rarely do direct shoulder work. can you guys tell i like compound movements? =0)
