To be honest rubberduckyo (interesting name) all the older women I've seen that work out are in a lot better shape than the younger ones who work out too, from what I've seen anyway, y all got sex appeal, who would have though huh

With all due respect, in considering those stats, keep in mind that the obese are double-counted...once in the overweight category and then again in the obese category...meaning, 35.5% of Americans are either within in a healthy weight range or underweight, not .8%...that, and "overweight" doesn't take into account body fat percentage...it's more of just a look at BMI, which can be deceiving...We aren't in as dire a state, although things could be way better...
