32 years old low T, hoping for clarification

I haven't gotten the full results back but one test came back at 215 and the other came back at 265. They want me to take a semen analysis but I need to wait a couple of days bc I got a miracle boner a few nights ago when my wife was home.

My doctor said he'd be willing to try HCG to see if I could get my testosterone levels up but he's only ever had one person do it and have the levels stay up on their own. The cost is worrisome to me but I don't really want to just give up on trying and jumping to TRT.

I told the doctor if I go TRT he prefers the gel. I said I'd rather use shots and he said that my testosterone levels would fluctuate more if I went that route. Any opinions on that?

Any idea what I'm looking at for cost in HCG and will the price fluctuate based on certain pharmacies?

Thanks guys, mentally I'm in a better place than when I originally posted this so thanks for your help earlier it definitely helped me relax a little.

Read the Basic TRT Overview sticky. It cover hCG and injections vs. gels among many other things. Then come back and ask your specific questions.

You can also look up hCG prices on Www.goodrx.com

Megaton just a quick update. Haven't found out much, my endo basically said your testosterone is low. You can try Hcg or TRT.

I didn't like the briefness of his answer. I called UCSD medical center today and I'm covered there. They seem to be a leader in this field so I'm beyond excited about getting in there.

I will update when I get more news.
