Why do people think that they can do situps or any ab exercise and it will get rid of the fat in the stomach area??? If that were the case, there wouldn't be a fat person in the world! Clean diet and cardio are the answers man.
Spot reduction doesn't work. You cannot, through exercise or diet, choose a body part from which to lose fat. You can only lose fat from all over and hope that eventually the hated body part will get small enough.

I think the single best exercise for losing the love handles is a rather unique variation of the bench press. The arm motion is the same, a pushing of the weight away from the chest, but it is performed while you are in a sitting position, usually at the dinner table. It involves pushing the plate away from you!
