Whats the most effective way to take creatine???

Whats up bros, i was just wondering whats the most effective way to take creatine and at what dose. I took it when i was in high school like 6 yrs ago but just wanted to hear some other experiences.

hey friend not to be an ass but there are tons of threads on this exact subject...just do a lil search on it all you'll find several differnt answers..for your question...most guys do around 10 grams a day though and most take it half b4 and half after..it really depends on u and what u wanna do with it..
 
Works best for me:
first container 500 gr - 7 days -> 6*5 gr per day TOTAL 30 gr daily loading phase
- what is left - 3*5 gr per day TOTAL 15 gr daily
after that I like to take another container 500 gr - maintaining phase 3*5 gr per day

After this 1 kg of creatine I take 3-4 weeks OFF.
 
from all the other threads like this, most say you dont need more than 5 g a day, it will go to waste
 
Who cares if more than 5 grams a day goes to waste? At least you'll be confident you are at saturation. Supposedly taking more than 5 grams in one sitting will result in a lot of it going to waste, but if you break it up throughout the day, I don't see a problem with it.
Yeah, no point in taking time off from it either, considering the stuff is dirt cheap and you'll only be cheating yourself from the benefits of cre usage. From what I've read, your body does NOT become dependent on cre supplementation either, so why take time off?

Taking your cre with carbs is supposed to increase uptake a bit.
 
Is too much creatine harmful for the kidneys? I suppose the loading cycle system is better rather than continuous use.

i would care for 1.. why am i going to load a bunch of shit into my body and have it go to waste??? #1 its a waste of money, and #2 it could be harmful to your system.
 
20-25g/day 5-7days
15g/day training days
10g/day rest days
(5g/time with atleast 5dl fluid)
Pre/post workout with dextrose.
