What's your go-to Protein powder

There has been a lo of debate in who to trust lately when it comes to protein powders. Due to the insane increase in prices companies have started cutting corners and I guess I can't blame them since they are trying to run a business but I wish they were truthful about it.

For me is chocolate flavored whey protein isolate by muscle feast. Their products has been good, taste great, and they hook their loyal customers with huge discounts. Hopefully more supplement stores will start carrying them.

So lets get a list going so we can see who to trust and who are the good to go companies.

UK - Myprotein whey, choc smooth. With skimmed milk- man you'd swear it was full fat (only 1.7g per 25g) and full sugar when in fact it has virtually neither of either and with 20g of protein per 25g can't be bad.
5kg (11 lbs) is about £50 (80 green backs) with free delivery :~) (I want free shares after this plug!)
Down side, my kids love it....damn! X

Optimum Nutrition Double Chocolate, but when I'm poor (college kid) I use walmart protein.

I've been ditching whey since the price has risen.

I use Tyson Asian Chicken now.

3oz 140 calories and 17 grams of protein.

I remember I used them when they first came out and they tasted amazing, especially their pre-workout. But I remember they changed their formula and I know their pre-workout isn't as good anymore. Wondering if Combat still tastes the same or not.

If taste is what you want my friends than you will do no better than whey2build from N2BM ! it tastes absolutely amazing with an almost addictive quality and so many flavour its incredible. I can promise you'll find nothing tastier and more effective than this

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, Extreme Milk Chocolate

That's my go-to.

Why? :
- It's available everywhere
- Taste is decent, not the best (trutein or xtreme formulations wins here for me)
- Pretty damn affordable
- Great profile (not as much protein as an isolate, but not the price either... its about 70% calories from protein)
- Big brand name. I'm a sucker for big companies like them because I don't think they cut corners as easily. Poor and unsubstantiated logic? Perhaps.

Edit: I would say Trutein is a close second. I buy most protein online these days anyhow. My only gripe with Trutein is that it dusts up and gets all over the place.
