What's your solution for bacne (back acne)?

I've never had high testosterone before injections so I never had to deal with a significant amount of acne.

Facial acne isn't much of a concern right now. There's some clogged pores and greasier skin but its been manageable.

My back however has exploded and my shoulders are covered. I'm a fish out of water because I never went through this during puberty. What's the solution?

I shower immediately after workouts (at night) and immediately upon waking. I have been using an exfoliating scrub. I do tend to get dryer skin.

2% syclicilic acid solution?

I've put hydrogen peroxide on any open spots. I have some proactive but don't use it because it'll bleach everything.

I do take Arimidex for Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I can kill off the acne with the Adex but that kills my estrogen and that defeats the positive mood and mental benefits of TRT.

I'd get a blood test. Odds are you're seeing higher levels of estrogen than you think you have. I've been fooled many times thinking I'm crushing my E2 when in fact it's on the high end. It's a cruel joke that the symptoms of low E2 and high E2 are damn near identical. :( I'd start there, then move onto cleansers and the like.

sunbeds work mate or if you live in a nice country unlike mine the sun can help just depends weva u wanna get about with a spotty back

You can do a search on vitamin B5 pantothenic acid and acne and see if you want to try it.

I didn't get it for that, I got it for nasal congestion especially while sleeping....I was going to go longer before reporting this but but I started 5 days ago and everyday since then I've woke I'm still able to breathe thru my nose...lovin it since I've been addicted to otc nasal spray for 20 years or so and I wanted better than nasal strips too...so far so good....1000mg before bed and 500mg after I'm up is what I've done so far AND my acne SEEMS to be going away but early days yet.

Sounds like you have an estrogen problem that you need to get under control like Halfwit said.

I don't have any evidence from a new lab but I'm 90% certain estrogen being too high isn't the issue. It may spike at times, but since I felt like it may be high, I took a larger dose of Adex and just felt off. I'll get new labs after another week or two.

Whoa, you may have just become my new best friend. I'm going to look into this as I suffer every night from a stuffy nose, which when combined with a CPAP machine makes for a hard time falling asleep. B5 eh... Checking that out! Thanks for the tip! (Sorry for the derail, but if it works, that'd be fantastic!)
