Dairy products while bulking/dieting???? I've heard a lot of people say no milk year round that it's not good for you...what about just while bulking??? Or should you just keep it to nonfat/skim milk????

I've heard that adding cheese to your cutter actually helps you lose fat around your abdomen...take that for what it's worth...I've always heard milk is a big nono when cutting.
 
IF u're bulking drink lots of milk. Like a gallon a day. I know alot of people that use whole milk while bulking(1 gal per day) and others that like 2% or skim(1 gal). If u were cutting, i wouldn't drink much if any milk of either kind. Bulking itll help u make better gains.
 
I hate milk....i mean it tastes good, but its loaded with simple sugars....not something you want regardless of whether your bulking or cutting. A lot of people say its a good source for extra calories, but so are red meat, sweet potatos, and flax/fish oil, and none one of them have sugar in them.
